Cyber Financial Solutions customizes an outsourcing plan that will take the guesswork out of the financial puzzle.

How do we do this? By offering an array of options and levels of outsourcing solutions through our Virtual Private Network (VPN). Regardless of the outsourcing solution, you will always have 24/7 access to your data. You will also have the ability to do an on-premise data backup. Below are examples of how a plan can be customized. Each plan is a client-specific outsourcing solution.

Full Outsourcing

A full outsourcing solution can include the following services:

Accounts Receivable – from sales invoice preparation to posting of payments

Accounts Payable – from processing client approved vendor invoices to vendor payments

All General Ledger and financial reporting functions – journal entries to preliminary financial statement for client review

Cash Management including bank statement reconciliation

Other industry specific functions as applicable to your needs…for example job costing, inventory control, sales order processing, etc.

Working with outside auditors and tax preparers as needed

All outsourcing included in Partial and Limited Outsourcing (see below)

Partial Outsourcing

A customized solution that may include access to software packages through our VPN as well as select accounting functions. An example could include:

All General Ledger and financial reporting functions with your staff performing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions (or vice versa)

Management Reports – designed and/or prepared as needed

Investor Reports including SEC reporting

All outsourcing options included in "Limited Outsourcing" (see below)

Limited Outsourcing

An example of a limited outsourcing solution could include:

Access to Cyber’s software packages through our VPN

Software Support – customized reports, software updates, software maintenance, implementation and security

Daily backup of your data

Training of your personnel to access and use the system
